Jasmine
Jasmine is a 2 year old red docked and cropped, spayed female.  Jasmine is a people doberman!  She is a very goofy, busy, fun, curious, loving and loves to give kisses.  Jasmines favorite thing is to play fetch and tug of war. If you put treats in her Kong,  Jasmine is good at keeping herself busy.  If Jasmine wants to play,  she will let you know by barking and bringing toys to you. Jasmine is very smart and knows that door knobs open doors and gets her to where she wants to go.  Jasmine is a typical young Dobe, she’s has a lot of energy and wants a job to do, but Jasmine does have an off switch.  We are sure that when Jasmine wakes up in the morning, she’s making a list in her head of things she would like to do for the day.  She knows basic commands, like sit and down, and is crate trained. Jasmine will need to work on stay and come as she does not have good recall. She does have a strong prey drive and will require a fenced in yard so she doesn’t run. Jasmine has been known to catch rabbits.  Jasmine will be enrolled in formal obedience classes while in foster care.

Although Jasmine is being fostered with another doberman, Jasmine would be best in a home as the only dog as she has a difficult time communicating  and interacting with other dogs upon initial meeting.  She will need an owner that is confident, assertive, kind, and is good at setting boundaries.  Continuing obedience will help her self-esteem,  confidence and give her expectations of what is required in her new home. She would do best in a home that has older kids over 11.  Jasmine would like a home where she will get attention and exercise every day!!
