DESCRIPTION:Join us for our 2nd annual Fleece for Fosters Blanket Making Day! We have had such success this year with our Dobermans and their favorite fuzzy blankets. We are thrilled to continue our Fleece for Fosters program! \nEach and every one of the Dobermans entering our rescue program is welcomed with a hand made fleece tied blanket. The blanket then goes with them to their forever families to ease the transition and to always have a special piece of DRM with them! \nHow to help: \nIt is our goal to have enough to make 80 blankets for our pups! Each blanket takes 2 yards to make – 1 yard patterned fleece\, 1 yard solid fleece. Stay for the whole time or just come for part – bring your fleece and let’s make some blankets! \nDRM is collecting fleece for our volunteers to make blankets on January 7th. DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, January 27th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Union depot will become Doggie Depot and be the bark of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival. Join DRM as we spotlight the great rescue work being done all across the Twin Cities and beyond. We’ll probably have a Doberman or two there to meet! \n\n\n \n\n\nThe Doggie Depot event is free and open to the public and guests are encouraged to bring their dogs to Union Depot for this special event.\n\n\n \n\n\nEvents include dog friendly events\, rescues\, pet product vendors\, pet photographer\, and the crowning of the 3rd Saint Paul Winter Carnival Canine-King Boreas and Canine-Queen of Snows\n\n\n \n\n\nUnion Depot has plenty of onsite parking.
