Hi everyone, it’s me Benny. I have been enjoying the last couple weeks with my wonderful family. I have been sleeping well, eating good and playing hard. I feel like such a lucky dog!
When I last posted I talked about wanting to enjoy my good fortune for awhile but that I needed to think beyond that and try and find a way to help some of the other dogs out there that haven’t been as lucky as me…YET. I would like to introduce you to what I call my “Circle of Friends.” These friends are dogs that are a bit like me…quirky but full of love and spunk and in need of some extra help. Maybe like me, they have some medical concerns. Maybe they have just been in rescue longer than most waiting for their forever family. My circle of friends might include the doberman that doesn’t look the prettiest- one that may not be the best bred, but is really just a diamond in the rough. My circle could also include some great dogs that just need a second chance and the right family. By introducing you to some of these great dogs, I am hoping to help make a difference for them.
I am off to visit with my buddy Jacob. I think we have a lot in common. I will tell you all about him soon. I like meeting new friends…I hope you do too.
