So now that I have had Apollo for a little while of course I am just in love but I really wanted to get a good grasp on his behavior and who would be the best home for him.
He is just a lover very similar to Mercedes his mother he defiantly takes a couple minutes to warm up. As he is warming up he is not barking or anything he just is keeping his distance. Once he has made friends with you there is no turing back he is a friend for life. His tail goes 100 miles per minute and he is so excited to see you no matter how many minutes you have been gone. Lately I have been leaving him out when my husband and I are going somewhere quick but other wise he is in his kennel just as a reminder we have 2 male dobes as it is so lots of competition.
He has been doing very well with my dogs and other dogs at the park. As in the video if i call him back he comes right away! He is learning so many things and would truly benefit from a great puppy class!
He is not a dog that needs to be walked every day his energy level is nothing like my other boys so a person that has a regular job would be a perfect fit for him. He would way rather just have you come home and give him love. He is learning how to play fetch and he loves it! He is bringing the ball back now and enjoying running after it.
The perfect person or couple for him. Is someone who wants a dog that needs less exercise, lots of love, and has time for a puppy class.
You will not be disappointed come visit when ever!
