Hi!  My name is Hans aka “Hansome Hans”.  I’m 1.5 years old. I’m easy to walk because I am full-grown & only weigh 61 lbs.  I’m crate trained, I like other dogs and am good with cats too.
I’m super sweet but am shy so I need someone who is patient and help me feel safe.  I’ve been at my foster home for almost 3 weeks now & have learned lots of things.

What I have learned so far….
1.  To walk on both short & long leashes

2.  To walk OFF-leash  (this is my favorite because I get to run and check out all the smells!)
Here’s a short video clip of me off-leash with my canine foster sister:

3.  I have good recall, I come when I am called!  I learn well especially when there are treats involved 🙂
4.  To not be afraid to go in a car.  I will jump in the car now!
5.  To go in the lake,  I walk along shore and cool off after playing.

Things I’m still learning:
*  To not be afraid of the garage & garage door opener (it’s loud!)
*  To walk on the dock – it’s metal & makes a lot of sound when I walk on it.
*  To be more trusting of men
*  How to be a dog!  The puppy in me is coming out more and more.  Here’s a video of me playing with my canine foster sister

I would love a furever home with a female canine sister to show me how to be a dog!
